BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this day to wit:  the Tenth of November in 
the year of our Lord, One thousand, nine hundred five, and the one 
hundred and 80th  of the Independence of the United States of America, 
before me, Joseph Jones, M. D. Chairman of the Board of Health and Ex-
Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish 
of Orleans, and the City of New Orleans, 

personally appeared
Fred Leitz, an undertaker, native of this city, residing at 2409 
Tchoupitoulas Street, who hereby declares that 

			Michael Tierney (white) 

a native of this city, aged 71 years, departed this life on the eighth 
instant (8 November 1905) at No. 807 Harmony Street in this city.
