BATCHELOR, M.D., Chairman Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages in and for the Parish and City of Orleans, personally appeared: Geo. Traub an undertaker native of this city residing at No. 7611 Maple Street who hereby declares that Eva Mary Ory Weidert (white) a native of St. John Par, La, aged 43 years, 2 mos. departed this life on the Twenty-Fifth Inst. (25th of October 1936) at No. 7826 Pearl Street in this city. Cause of death Carcinoma of Cervix, Metastasis. Certificate of Dr. Earl J. Smith Deceased was the widow of Geo. P. Weidert, and the daughter of Palmer Ory, and Josephine Zeringue, Both natives of La. Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid Geo. Traub. as also in that of P.H. Lanauze and W. J.
