Be it remembered that on this day to wit, the Thirtieth of January 
in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and Thirty and 
the one hundred and 54 of the Independence of the United States of 
America, before me, Wm. H. Robin, M. D., Chairman Board of Health 
and ex-Officio Recorder of Births Deaths and Marriages in and for 
the Parish of Orleans and the city of New Orleans personally appeared

C. Preau an undertaker, native of this city residing 1112 N. Rampart 
St.. who hereby declares that 

Jacob J Wolf, (white) 

a native of N. O., La.. aged 73 yrs, 3 mos.

departed this life yesterday (29th of January, 1930) at No. 962 Taft 
Place, in this city. Cause of Death Chr Pul Tuberculosis, Chr Cardio 
Valv Disease

Deceased was married to Amelia Probst, and the son of Peter Wolf and 
Anna M. Schaeffer, both natives of La.

Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid C. Preau as 
also in that of P. H. Lanauze & W. J. Prudhomme both of this city, 
witnesses by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their hands 
together with me, after due reading hereof the day, month and year first 
above written.
