Be it remembered that on this day to wit, the Seventeenth of March in 
the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty and the one 
hundred and 54 of the Independence of the United States of America, 
before me, Wm. H. Robin, M. D., Chairman Board of Health and Ex-Officio 
Recorder of Births Deaths and Marriages in and for the Parish of Orleans 
and the City of New Orleans personally appeared

C. S. Walle an undertaker a native of this city. residing at No. 3229 
Carondolet  Street who hereby declares that

		Amelia Wolfe wid. Of August Stier (white)

A native of La. Aged aout 60 yrs departed life yesterday (16th of March 
1930) at No. 964 Taft Place  in this city

Cause of Death Cardio Valvular Disease, Pneumonia
Certificate of Dr. L. J. Robin

Deceased was the daughter of Frederick P. Wolfe and Annie Maria Schafer, 
both natives of Holland

Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid C. S. Walle as 
also in that of Messrs. P. H. Lanauze, W. J. Prudhomme both of this city, 
witnesses by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their hands 
together with me, after due reading hereof the day, month and year first 
above written.
