Be it remembered that on this day to wit, the Seventeenth of March 
in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two 
and the one hundred and 46 of the Independence of the United States 
of America, before me, John Callan, M. D., Chairman Board of Health 
and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births Deaths and Marriages in and for 
the Parish of Orleans and the City of New Orleans personally appeared

F. J. Daigre an undertaker a native of this city. residing at No. 
2241 Magazine  Street who hereby declares that

		Dorothy Claire Wolfe (white)

A native of N. O., La. Aged 2 yr. 5 mos. 20 days departed life on 
sixteenth inst. (16th of March 1922) at No. 2231 Magazine Street 
in this city

Cause of Death Laryngeal Diptheria
Certificate of Dr. C. Caire

Deceased was the daughter of Dr.Frederick J. Wolfe and Elizabeth T. 
Bernard, natives of Louisiana

Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid F. J. Daigre 
as also in that of Messrs. P. H. Lanauze, W. J. Prudhomme both of this 
city, witnesses by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their 
hands together with me, after due reading hereof the day, month and 
year first above written.
