1879-This is to Certify, That it appears from the Records of this office, that on 
this day, to wit: the fifteenth of August in the year of our Lord, 1879 ... (August 
15, 1879) was registered a marriage, celebrated in the city of New Orleans, La. by 
Rev. Joseph Subileau on the 9th day of August 1879 between Jean Alexandre Baudier, 
aged (29 years), a native of New Orleans, La., son of Alexandre Baudier and Elodie 
Boutte and Miss Louise Angela Baudier, aged (20 years), a native of New Orleans, La., 
daughter of Ernest J. Baudier and Louise Angela Planchard. The celebration of the 
marriage was performed in presence of the witnesses: Ernest J. Baudier; Victor Baudier. 
The license was issued on the 30 day of July 1879 ... In the presence of the witnesses: 
Ernest J. Baudier, Victor Baudier, Aristide Baudier, G. A. Farrogut. License returned 
and filed, book 11, folio 426.
