1934-This is to Certify, That, it appears from the Records of this office, 
that on this day, to-wit, the Twenty-second of January in the year of our 
Lord, one thousand nine hundred and Thirty Four ... (22nd of January 1934) 
was registered a marriage, celebrated in the City of New Orleans, La., by Rev. 
Father A. Biever, S. J. on the 19th day of January 1934 between Hermann Kahle 
Gelpi (25) years, a native of N. O., La. son of Vivian J. Gelpi and Lolita Kahle 
and Miss Katherine Charlotte Wolfe (23) years, a native of N. O., La. daughter of
Hudson Wolfe and Sophia Rodgers. The celebration of the marriage was performed in 
the presence of the witnesses H. R. Kahle, Caroline Leach, Robert R. Wolfe.
The License was issued on the 16th day of January 1834 by Hon. W. H. Robin ... in 
the presence of the witnesses A. J. Gelpi, E. C. Upton, Jr.
