Dejarlais and Emilie Rigaud and Miss Rosita Gelpi (33 years,) a native of New Orleans, La. daughter of Jerome Gelpi and Catheine Boucher. The celebration of the marriage was performed in the presence of the witnesses Francois Lamarque, Jr., Bessie Rogers. The License was issued on the 28 day of June 1899 by P. H. Lanze, Dy Births, Marriages, Deaths in the presence of the witnesses Francois Lamarque, Chs. P. Gelpi. License Returned and filed, Book No. 41 Folio 35. Note: Dejarlais could be Dejerlais.
