Sexton and Cecile Joubert and Miss Bertha Lucy Gelpi (21 years), a native of N. O., La. daughter of Frank Gelpi and Louise Erbress. The celebration of the marriage was performed in the presence of the witnesses Louis Garcitan, Frank E. Sexton, Alice Gauiton. The License was issued on the 2 day of January 1904 by J. H. Lananze, Dy Births, Marriages, Deaths in the presence of the witnesses Joseph Mullendorf, Frank E. Sexton. License Returned and Filed, Book No. 50 Folio 44. Note: The last names of the witnesses were difficult to read and may not be spelled correctly.
