Seventh Justice of the Peace for the Parish of Orleans New Orleans, 
October 10, 1871, License is hereby granted to P. Gallagher to join 
in Bonds of Matrimony, 
Julius Althaus aged 22, a native of Texas / 
issue of John H. Althaus and Elizabeth Althaus And 
Charlotte Hickman, aged 19, a native of Louisiana / 
issue of Leonard Hickman and Catherine Hickman 
on complying with the formalitites required by law.
 Witnesses: Oliver Arbo, A. Chaix

Marriage Ceremony of Julius Althaus and Charlotte Hickman was performed
by Judge Gallagher, Justice of the Peace, at the residence of Mr. & Mrs. 
Arbo, on Magazine Street, New Orleans, LA
