This is to Certify, That it appears from the Records of 
this office, that on this day, to witthe Twelfth of 
September in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight 
hundred and eighty Four and the one hundredth and Ninth 
of the Independence of the United States of America, 
(Sept. 12, 1884) was registered a marriage, celebrated 
in the city of New Orleans, La., by Rev. L. P. Heintz 
on the 4 day of September 1884 

between 

THEODORE HERR aged 39 years, a native of Germany 
son of Joseph Herr and Walburga Schindler 

and 

Miss ELIZABETH BLUME aged 30 years, a native of New Orleans, La. 
daughter of John Otto Blume and Charlotte Roevenkamp.  

The celebration of the marriage was performed in the presence of 
the witnesses John H. Blume, P. Dastillon, Jr., J. Blume.  The License 
was issued on the 2 day of September 1884 by Hon. C. G. Ogden, Judge Fourth City 
Court in the presence of the witnesses.
