This is to certify , That it appears from the Records of this office, 
that on this day, to wit the Fourth of January., in the year of our 
Lord, one thousand, nine hundred and Thirty-three, and the one 
hundredth and 57of the Independence of the United States of America, 
(4th of January, 1933), was registered a marriage, celebrated in the 
city of New Orleans, by Rev. Father F. Badeaux on the 31st day of 
December, 1932,

between 

David August Legier aged 23 years a native of N.O., La. 
son of Rene J. Legier and Lillian Schick 

and 

Miss Irene Williams aged 19 years, a native of Oayka, Miss., 
daughter of Alcus J. Williams and Lillian Guynes. 

The celebration of the marriage was performed in presence of the 
witnesses J. Henry Walsh, Muriel L. Smith, Rev. R. T. Lawrence.
The license was issued on the 31st day of December, 1932 by [?]
