This is to certify , That it appears from the Records of this 
office, that on this day, to wit the Seventeenth of February, 
in the year of our Lord, one thousand, nine hundred and six, 
and the one hundred and 30 of the Independence of the United 
States of America, (February 17, 1906), was registered a marriage, 
celebrated in the city of New Orleans, by [?] on the 10 day of 
February, 1906,

between 

Thomas Louis Prevost aged 28 years a native of N.O., La. 
son of James W. Prevost and Eugenie Bragg 

and 

Miss Edna Barbe Legier aged 24 years, a native of N.O., La., 
daughter of John Robert Legier and Marie Masson. 

The celebration of the marriage was performed in presence of the 
witnesses. James Prevost, Jr. , James Prevost, J.R. Legier.
The license was issued on the 8 day of February, 1906 by [?]
