Judge L Bulger Z Leakner ******************************************************* State of Louisian Parish of Orleans Be it remembered that P J Kuhn as principal and L Balsar as surely acknowledge themselves indebted onto the State of Louisiana in the sum of One Thousand Dollars Whereas the above bonded P J Kuhn has applied to the Fifth Justice of the Peace for the Parish of Orleans and has obtained from him a licence to marry Juliana Hasz [Hess] Now the condition of the above obligation is such that in case within two years from this date is should not appear that there existed at the time of granting such licence any legal impediment to said marriage; then and in such case the above obligation shall be null and void; or otherwise, it shall remain in full force and virtue.
