All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http:/www.usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ************************************************ In the Church of the Nativity yesterday afternoon at 6o'clock Miss Marie Louise, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Julius Sablich who was united in marriage to Lawrence Runfallo, according to the rites of the Catholic church, Rev Father Keenan officiating. The double ring ceremony was carried out before a number of relatives and friends of the contracting parties. The church was prettily decorated for the occasion. The groom was attended y Will Kornmann, his friend, as best man while Frank Corso acted as a groomsman. The bride was attended by her sisters, Miss Aline Sablich, as maid of honor and Miss Loretta Sablich as bridesmaid. She was given away by her father, Julius Sablich and Miss Lucille Matting acted as flower girl with little Ralph Kline as ring bearer. As the bridal party proceeded up the isle to meet he groom and his best man, Mendelsohn's Wedding March was played with Miss Inez Tremmel presiding at the organ and Athonor Hahn with the violin, and during the ceremony Miss Esther Kinsella sang sweetly Ave Maria by Rosewig. Frank Randazzo and Edward Caillavet acted as ushers. Special seas were reserved for the relatives while a large number of friends were present to witness the ceremony, which was followed by a reception held at the home of the bride. The home was decorated for the occasion. The bride is one of Biloxi's sweet young women who has numerous friends. She was a valued employe of the Dulion Mercantile Company until recently. She made a lovely bride. The groom is well known in the Biloxi and Gulport, being connected which the whole-sale firm of Corso, Tedesco & Corso, Inc. Gulfport plant. He and his bride left last night for a short wedding trip to Mobile and on their return they will make their home in Gulfport where the groom has build a handsome bungalow. Many handsome and useful presents were received by the bride showing the esteen in which she is held.
