DEBLIEUX , the grandfather of your petitioner who was domiciled in this city, departed this life in Bay St. Louis, Miss, where he was temporarily visiting on the 12th day of August 1878. Petitioner _ that he is informed and _ that said deceased (has) a Last Will and Testament which is contained in a tin box numbered 330 deposited in the Citizens Bank of this city. That petitioner is desirous of having this will presented for probate or _. Wherefore petitioner prays that said Citizen's Bank through its proper officer be ordered to produce said box _ the will contained therein. May be probated or ordered to be executed and _ _ _. Deblieux, name and appointed Testamentary Executrix of the last Will and Testament of Honore F. Deblieux, deceased, has applied to the Second District Court for the Parish of Orleans, by Petition praying said Court to grant Letters Testamentary therein. Now Know Ye, that the said Mrs. Pauline Deblieux, Widow of Honore F. Deblieux, is hereby authorized and empowered to collect all the good and effects which were of said H. F. Deblieux, deceased, and to make a just inventory thereof, and all other lawful acts to do and perform as Testamentary Executrix of the said last Will and Testament.
