Know all men by these presents that I William Campbell of the city of new 
orleans, state of Louisiana, do make this my last Will and Testament, as 
follows:

I will and bequeath to my wife Mrs. Isabella Clark Campbell, the largest portion 
of my property and effects that the law will allow; and the Balance to our 
Daughter, Mary Adelia Campbell, and I hereby appoint my wife Mrs. Isabella Clark 
Campbell, administratrix of my Estate, and Tutrix to our child Mary Adelia 
Campbell

Dated at New Orleans, this Twenty Eighth day of March, A.D. one thousand Eight 
hundred fifty
