Pitot Judge This is my olographic will I Thomas Pollock of the city of New Orleans aware of the uncertainty of life have made my will as follows hereby revoking all wills codicils and testamentary dispositions made prior hereto. I give and bequeath to my natural son Thomas Sinclair Pollock the sum of seven thousand dollars and whereas Louise Lafitte the mother of said child lives in a state of concubinage I nominate Carlile Pollock of this city notary to be the tutor of said child. I give and bequeath to Carlile Pollock aforesaid all the residue of the property real personal and ..... which I may possess at my decease.
