Peppers Take 165 North to Black Bayou Lake National Wildlife Refuge. Follow Richland Drive to the meadow. Take the first gravel road to your right (just before the visitor's center). There is a pecan tree in the field with two markers. Compiler has been informed that there are several other unmarked graves in the cemetery. His wife's name was Della May. He died at the Veterans Administration facility in Alexandria, LA. He was a veteran of World War I. His death certificate can be viewed at the Ouachita Parish Public Library, Genealogy Department. The other marker is unidentified.
