  We learn that at a church in the vicinity of Mr. Guytons in the western
part of this parish on Sunday last a man by the name of Arthur was killed by
one Sims.  The cause of the difficulty is to us unknown and we refrain from
comments, as the case will doubtless undergo a judicial investigation.
  A few more homicides in our parish will give us a name abroad fully
rivalling, if not outvieing, the reputation of some of our neighbors.
