Tensas.
        A strange circumstance has been related o us in connection with
the sickness and death of Rev. Mr. Campbell, at Newellton, viz:  The reverend
gentleman was called on to officiate at the funeral of the late W.A.
Carperton, whose grave had been dug on Routhwood, but whose remains were
afterward sent to his home in Mississippi for interment.  Mr. Campbell, on
returning home, was seized with a chill, and died on the night of the 26th
December, and was buried in the grave dug for the man over whose remains
he had but a few days previously been called to officiate. - North La. Journal.
