 Polite Hypolite alias Polite Polite, had a preliminary examination before
his Honor Judge Richardson, Wednesday morning and was remanded to jail
without bail to await his trial at the April Term of the District Court for
the murder of Aleck Brown, on the lower Pargoud place, on Thursday the 17th
inst.
