 Berry Williams, son of Berry Williams the well-known gardner (sic) here,
was a cabin boy on the J.M. White and lost his life in the disaster.  We
sympathize with Berry in the loss of his son.

NOTE:  On page 2, column 2 is an account of the White disaster.  In the
December 25th issue, it is related that Berry’s body was recovered from the
wreck (page 3, Column 1).
