Moore, occurred last Wednesday about 1 p.m. It appears that he and Mrs. Moore's son "Dodo" were out hunting and had with them a Smith and Wesson 38 calibre pistol and while practicing with it "Dodo" accidentally shot Charlie, who die Thursday morning. A post-mortem examination was held by Drs. Hilton and Layton, who found that the ball had entered about an inch to the right of the umbilicus and ranged in an upward direction coming out near the junction of the fifth rib with the spinal column. The killing was from all accounts purely accidental and an inquest has been waived. The unfortunate lad who is the author of his more unfortunate friend's death is greatly cast down grievously lamenting the sad occurrence. # # #
