            Cannon, the 14 year-old son of Dr. L.R. Stark, of Little Rock, a nephew of Mrs. Dr. 
A.B. Sholars, of this city, was drowned while in bathing in a small creek near that city last 
Tuesday evening.  Dr. and Mrs. Sholars left of Little Rock immediately upon hearing of the 
distressing accident.
