JAMES WALDON ACREE

Funeral services for James Waldon Acree, 36, of West Monroe are 2:00 PM on 
Sunday, July 3rd, 2016, in the Chapel of the Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West 
Monroe with Rev. Larry Eubanks officiating. Interment will follow in the 
Cypress Baptist Church Cemetery in the Cypress Community.

A native of West Monroe and an electrician, Mr. Acree passed away on Saturday, 
June 25th. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, John W. Crowell; his 
brother, Jonathan C. Acree; and a sister, Valerie C. Acree.

Survivors include his wife, Mitzi Spikes Acree; a daughter, Amber Acree; two 
sons, Cole and Wyatt Acree; his mother, Wanda Meador and her husband, Derrick; 
father, Ike Acree and wife, Trisha; his grandmother, Sam Crowell; mother-in-
law, Connie Bradley; sister, Victoria McDonald and husband, David; and a number 
of nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Saturday evening, July 2nd, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe, 1321 North 7th Street, West Monroe, LA.

Pallbearers are Doug Lee, Ronnie Absher, Daniel Naron, Matt Bradley, Dale Dunn, 
and Anthony Deal.

Honorary pallbearers include Malcolm Davis, Jr., Jeremy Mason, Rocky Smith, and 
Derrick Meador.
