PAULINE AINSWORTH

Pauline Ainsworth, 84 years of age passed away Friday, January 3, 2014. Mrs. 
Ainsworth was born March 13, 1928 the daughter of Ollie and Jewel Banks. A 
graveside service will be at held at 2:00 pm Sunday January 5, 2014 at 
Rosefield Cemetery with Bro. Jeff Robinson officiating. Interment will follow 
at Rosefield Cemetery in Rosefield, LA.

Mrs. Ainsworth is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Henry David 
Ainsworth, and brothers J.D. Banks and James Banks. 

Survivors include a daughter LeJuene Tarver of Grayson, LA, a daughter Eunice 
Slaton of Calhoun, LA a daughter Sheila Slack of Pineville, LA, a daughter 
Rhetta Womack and husband Donald of Hebert, LA a daughter Teresa Cole and 
husband Jerry of Breaux Bridge, LA, a son H.D. Ainsworth and wife Sharon of 
Springhill, LA, sisters Shirley Williams and Patricia Smith, brothers Allen and 
David Banks, nine grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and a dog Ollie B.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons. Honorary pallbearers will be Vernon 
Ainsworth and Pee Wee Ainsworth.
