ODELL SELLERS ALDRICH



Funeral services for Odell Sellers Aldrich, age 83, of Urania will be held 2 pm 
Thursday May 9,2013 from the Olla chapel of Riser Funeral Home, with Rev. 
P.A. "Fox" Paul and Rev. Clay Hutto officiating. Interment will follow in the 
Old Bethel Cemetery at Clarks. Visitation will be on Wednesday May 8, 2013 from 
4:00pm until 9:00pm at the funeral home in Olla.



Odell Sellers Aldrich was born on July 27, 1929 at Clarks, LA to the union of 
her parents James Ellis Sellers and Lydia Annellen Baggett Sellers. She passed 
from this life on Monday, May 6,2013 at the Hardtner Medical Center in Olla 
following an extended illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, by her 
husband Lecil Aldrich, and by four sisters and seven brothers.



Left to cherish her memory, two daughters, Delores Ganey and husband Larry of 
Rosenberg, Texas; and Brenda McGee and husband Dana of Olla; her son: Steven 
Aldrich of Olla; and her grandchildren: Scott Ganey and Todd Ganey, both of 
Rosenberg, Texas; Clay Ganey of Guy, Texas;Jay McGee of Olla, Jennifer Harrison 
of Hebert, Miranda Aldrich of Olla, and Stevie Aldrich of Alexandria; eleven 
great grandchildren, and four great-great- grandchildren.



Serving as pallbearers will be Mickey Lofton, Jeff Wyles, Clay Ganey, Scott 
Ganey,Todd Ganey, and Wayne Corley. Honorary pallbearers will be great-
grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
