Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe. Don was a proud member of the National Guard. Don worked at the guide plant for thirty years as a laborer. He was also an old time masseuse and a reflexologist. With this he gained a little fame as his most famous client was President George Bush, Sr. He was preceded in death by his wife, Chestine Alexander; his parents, and by six of his siblings. He is survived by his daughter, Amy Alexander- Piro and husband Paul; his grandchildren, Amber McCormick and Joey Piro; and his sister, Eathel Wilkes.
