JEAN ALEXANDER

Funeral services for Jean Alexander will be 1:00 P.M., Monday, April 10, 
2017 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Homes, West Monroe. Rev. Jon Lord 
will officiate. Interment will follow at New Chapel Hill Cemetery. 
Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. before the service in the 
chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.

Jean was born March 28, 1935 in Dry Prong, LA and passed away after a 
lengthy illness on April 7, 2017 in West Monroe, LA. She was a member of New 
Chapel Hill Baptist Church. Jean was a retired apartment manager in 
Pensacola, FL. She is preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Murphy 
Alexander and her parents, Ernest and Shirley Newman.

Jean is survived by her children, Debby Durkee and husband Mark, Randy 
Alexander and wife Belinda, Mike Alexander and wife Reesa, Steve Alexander 
and wife Faye, Kevin Alexander and wife Lora; 6 grandchildren; 9 great-
grandchildren; sister, Rita Kinnard.
