Norein Rayner Allen, of West Monroe, a homemaker, died Saturday. Services are 
10 a.m. today at Mount Vernon Baptist Church, West Monroe. Visitation is 9 
a.m. until service time at the church. Burial will be in the church cemetery 
under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe
