LAKE PROVIDENCE — Otis Benjamin Allen, a U.S. Army retiree, died Friday. 
Services are 2 p.m. today at Cox Funeral Home, Lake Providence. Visitation is 
8 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home. Burial will be in 
Providence Memorial Cemetery, Lake Providence.
