Hank Hamilton and Bro. Kurt Auger officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home of Farmerville. Mr. Andrews, a retired football & track coach and teacher, went to his heavenly home July 30th, 2016. He was a lifelong member of Farmerville First United Methodist Church. Bobby was a 1954 graduate of Farmerville High School and a 1960 graduate of N.L.U where he played football. Mr. Andrews began his coaching and teaching career at Berwick High School and continued to coach track and football for 32 years at O.P.H.S. and Sterlington High School. He also worked as a greeter at Wal-Mart, where he met everyone with a friendly "hello" and could later be seen outside at Arbor Lake Nursing Home waving at the passer byers. He was preceded in death by his parents, Austin & Inez Wells Andrews; and wife, Nora Cranor Andrews. Left to cherish his memory is his beloved daughter, Rebecca Lynn Andrews; and one brother, Gene & wife, Alice Andrews of Louisville, Ky.; and numerous friends and family. Honorary pallbearers will be Keith Moncrief, Sparky McDuffie, Stein Baughman, Jr., Tom Causey, Thomas Sevin and Matt Jones. A very special thanks to the staff and residents at Arbor Lake for their care, love, friendship, and becoming an extended part of our family.
