Funeral services for Carol Turnipseed Antley, 71, of Point, LA will be held at 
10:00 AM, Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at Providence Baptist Church, Point, LA. 
Michael Wallace and Dr. Johnny Sanders will be officiating. Interment will 
follow at Acree Cemetery, Point, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral 
Home Monroe.

Carol was born December 4, 1944 in Monroe, LA and passed away May 15, 2016 in 
Ruston, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Noah and Claudine 
Turnipseed.

Carol was a graduate of West Monroe High School and Northeast Louisiana 
University with a degree in Medical Technology. She was a talented artist who 
loved painting and creating original jewelry. Carol was very active in her 
church and the "Sisters" Sunday School Class. She was a loving wife, mother, 
and grandmother.

Carol is survived by her husband of 50 years; Don C. Antley; daughter, Jo Ellen 
Cranford and husband Mark of West Monroe; son, Michael Antley of Seattle, WA; 
grandchildren; Colton Cranford and wife Anne of Baton Rouge, Luke Cranford of 
West Monroe; sister, Cheryl Bryant of Alpharetta, GA.

Pallbearers will be Keith Antley, Roger Antley, Donnie Kennedy, Robert Cook, 
Ernie Price and Steve Bearden.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 17, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home Monroe.
