CARDARIAL "TO TO" ATKINS 

Richardson Funeral Home, Monroe, LA 

Memorial Services for Cardarial "To To" Atkins, 45, of Monroe, LA are scheduled
for 11:00 AM Saturday, January 2, 2010 at River of Life Church of Winnsboro, LA
with Rev. Evelyn Dean officiating. Mr. Atkins was born on October 17, 1964 to
parents Dorothy Jean Atkins and Spencer Arthur. He departed this life on
December 26, 2009. He graduated from Wisner High School and attended Southern
University, ULM and graduated from Delta Community College. He was previously
employed by E.A. Conway Memorial Hospital and Guide of Monroe, LA. Most recently
he was employed by Primary Health Services Center, Monroe, LA. Left to cherish
his memory is his wife of 18 yrs, Gwenda Atkins; three children, Lakisha Atkins,
Melissa Atkins and Jordan Atkins all of Monroe, LA; both parents, two sisters
and two brothers. Visitation will be held Friday from 12:00 PM until 7:00 PM at
Richardson Funeral Home
