MARION "M.B." BAGWELL Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA Funeral services for Mr. Marion "MB" Bagwell, 88, of West Monroe will be held Tuesday, November 11th, 2008, at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of the Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe with Rev. Bodie Spicer officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens under the direction of the Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe. Born January 7th, 1920, in Farmerville, he was a son of the late Frank and Maude Wilson Bagwell. He passed away on Friday, November 7th, 2008. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife in May, 2004, and by 2 brothers and a sister. A retired automotive mechanic with Ford Motor Company, Mr. Bagwell was a veteran of World War II, serving with the U S Army Air Corps and a member of the Highland Baptist Church. Survivors include his 4 daughters, Patricia Cagle, Mary Elizabeth Castle, Carolyn Cummings, and Miriam Palmquest and her husband, Neal; a son, David Bagwell; 11 grandchildren; a number of great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers are Elby Cagle, Joshua Ivey, Kenneth Ivey, Kasey Coston, and Ricky Coker. Visitation will be Monday evening, November 10th, 2008, from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe.
