Services for Celia Dumas Bailey, age 93, of Baton Rouge, LA will be 11:00 AM, 
Wednesday, January 14, 2004 at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Burn Page 
officiating. Interment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Dumas was born January 8, 1911 in Union Parish. She was a beloved mother, 
grandmother, and great gradmother who left us to be with the Lord, 2:00 PM, 
Monday, Janurary 12, 2004 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Earl E. Bailey; two grandsons, 
Henry "Hank" Minchew and Tate Bailey; five brothers and one sister.
She is survived by: daughter and son-in-law, Bonnie and Henry Michew of Baton 
Rouge, LA; two sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald E. and Sandy Bailey of Baton 
Rouge, LA and Jeffery L. and Jody Bailey of Baton Rouge, LA; four 
grandchildren, Russell L. Minchew and wife, Chippy; Robin R. Kennedy and 
husband David; Greg Bailey and wife Rosemary and J. Trevor Bailey and wife 
Mellie and two great granddaughters, Jessica and Megan Kennedy.
Pallbearers will be Larry Dumas, Todd Dumas, David Kennedy, Trevor Bailey, 
Carlton Buzbee and Regan Dumas.
Visitation will be 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 14, 2004 at Baker 
Funeral Home.
