Funeral services for Mrs. Tina Bailey, 50, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 
10:00 AM, Wednesday, September 30, 2009 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral 
Home West Monroe, LA. Interment to follow at St. Paschal's Cemetery. Rev. 
Michael Stravato will officiate under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home 
West Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Bailey was born December 4, 1958 in Big Spring, Texas and passed away 
September 27, 2009 in Monroe, LA. She was a faithful servant of the Lord and 
was preceded in death by her father, Eugene Cowan. A special thanks to Dr. 
David Hebert, Dr. Richard O' Donavan, Dr. Thomas Parker, and staff at St. 
Francis for the care of Tina during her illness.

She is survived by her husband Walter Bailey; mother and step-father, Doris 
and Nathan Copeland; brother, Joey Cowan and wife Heather; 5 step-brothers and 
4 step-sisters; numerous aunts, uncles and other relatives.

Cousins to serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 29, 2009 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.
