KAREN NADINE BARKWELL

Karen Nadine Barkwell followed the path to heaven on February 13, 2015, at 70 
years young. She followed the path of her mother Harriett Plohar and her father 
Wilbur Hugli; her sister Romona Hugli; her first husband and the father of her 
children Robert Mracek; and her second husband and the love of her life, Wayne 
Bennett.

She is survived by her husband Ivy Barkwell, as well as her brothers and their 
spouses Wil (Jackie) Hugli and Dennis (Carol) Hugli. She started all of the 
craziness and is also survived by her trio of daughters: Tina Kowalski, Cheryl 
Mracek, and Teresa Mracek.

She went on to become the ringleader of 12 grandchildren and their spouses. Her 
special branch of the family tree continued to flourish into 12.5 great 
grandchildren - a legacy of which she was fiercely proud.

She was also survived by a myriad of loved ones including those she adopted as 
her own. With such a large heart of gold, the light she carried inside will 
continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those who love her dearly and will 
miss her every single day.
