JERRY W. BARNETTE

Jerry W. Barnette was born January 31, 1944 in Ouachita Parish and passed away 
April 12, 2015 in Monroe. Jerry was baptized at Calvary Baptist Church in 
Ruston, LA. He was a member of IBEW Local 446. He received his 45 year pin in 
December 2014. Jerry was loved by his wife and four children and he had a 
special bond with his four grandchildren who called him "Paw". He was an avid 
hunter, fisherman and gardener. He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred 
and Christine Post Barnette and brother, Don R. Barnette.

Jerry is survived by his wife of 53 years, Judith Ann Dunnahoe Barnette; 
daughters, Patricia Ann Barnette and Suzanne Christine Huffman and husband, 
Burl James; sons, Fred Taylor Barnette II and wife Lana and John David 
Barnette; grandchildren, Fred Taylor Barnette III, Anna Lynn Barnette, Taylor 
Bryce Huffman and Regan Marie Huffman; brother, William David Barnette of 
Shreveport.

Visitation will be Tuesday, April 14, 2015 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home, Monroe.
