Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA 

Funeral services for Mrs. Lillie Barr, 84, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 
10:00 AM, Saturday, July 18, 2009 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home 
West Monroe, LA. Dr. Lionel Crowell will be officiating. Interment to follow 
at Kilpatrick's Serenity Gardens, 8729 Cypress Street West Monroe, LA under 
the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA. Mrs. Barr was born 
April 3, 1925 in Orange, Texas and passed away July 16, 2009 in West Monroe, 
LA. She was retired from Wallace Plumbing as an office manager. Mrs. Barr was 
a member of Ridge Avenue Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her 
husband, Charles L. Barr, son, Danny L. Barr, parents, John and Leona Lewis, 
sisters, Lenette Blazier and Faith Ann Lewis; brothers, Homer Lewis and John 
Lowell Lewis. Mrs. Barr is survived by daughters; Becky Bourgeois, Cathy 
Lafferty and Jo Stevens; grandson, Josh Barr; granddaughters, Erin Bourgeois 
Kirkland and husband Michael, Olivia Stevens, Amy Lafferty; great-grandson, 
Brayden Krickbaum; brother; Marvin Lewis and wife Bobbye; sisters; Leora 
Kittrell and Zola Root and husband Tommy; numerous nieces and nephews. 
Pallbearers will be Terry Bourgeois, John Lafferty, Rob Smith, Perry Rose, 
Josh Barr and Johnny Pace. Memorials may be made to Ridge Avenue Baptist 
Church, West Monroe, LA.
