GLADYS MARIE BASS
Mulhearn Funeral Home

West Monroe, LA

Funeral services for Mrs. Gladys Marie Bass, 87, of West Monroe will be held 
at 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 16, 2009 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral 
Home, West Monroe with Rev. Bo Horne officiating. Interment will follow in the 
Hasley Cemetery.

Mrs. Bass was born September 4, 1922 in West Monroe, LA and passed away 
September 13, 2009. She was a member of First Baptist Church of West Monroe. 
Mrs. Bass was a retired florist for Mulhearn Flowers.

She is preceded in death by her husband, James E. Bass.

She is survived by her sons, Jimmy Bass and wife Valari of Eros and David Bass 
and wife Carol of Dothan, AL; six grandchildren, Ashley Grebow and husband 
Daniel, Michael Dean Bass and wife Ashley, Jordan Bass, Taylor Bass, Lynn R. 
Bass and wife Christy, and Jamie Bass and wife Robin; seven great 
grandchildren, sister, Nora Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be the grandsons, Jamie, Lynn, Dean, Taylor, Jordan, Josh and 
Jacob Bass.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday at Mulhearn Funeral 
Home, West Monroe.

Memorials may be made to the Louisiana Baptist Children's Home.
