KATIE CATHLEEN BEASLEY

Funeral services celebrating the life of Mrs. Katie Cathleen Beasley, 101, 
of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, June 25, 2017, in the 
chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA with Rev. Charles 
Martindale officiating. Interment will be in Mulhearn Memorial Park 
Cemetery.

Mrs. Beasley died June 22, 2017, at the West Monroe Guest House.

Mrs. Beasley was a member of First Baptist Church in West Monroe since 1942. 
She was very active in church activities, serving as a Sunday School teacher 
for 35 years, Prayer Partner for Kids Hope, Women on Missions, Keenagers and 
she was a member of the Williams and Vines Sunday School Class. Katie was a 
charter member of the Glenwood Ladies Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Neal and Olivia McKaskle; her 
husband, Jack Bird Beasley; Sisters, Ona Sikes, Etheleen Porter, Mary 
Patrick, and Jackie Petkovsek; Brothers, Cary and Coy McKaskle and Willie 
Sullivan.

Survivors: her Daughter, Melba Wilhite; Son and Daughter-in-law, Jack Bunn 
and Debbie Beasley; Grandchildren, Courtney Beasley, Kyle Beasley and wife, 
Kelli, Ross Wilhite and wife, Sybol, and John Mark Wilhite and wife, Sherri; 
7 Great Grandchildren, Brooks, Brett, Brinley, John Ross, Sidney Wade, 
Heather and Hope; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Noon until service time Sunday at Mulhearn Funeral Home 
in West Monroe, LA.

Memorials may be made to the Louisiana Baptist Children's Home in Monroe, 
LA.
