DOROTHY BENNETT

Funeral Services for Dorothy Bennett, 84, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 
2:00 P.M. Saturday, October 5, 2013 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West 
Monroe with Rev. Terry Bostick officiating. Interment will follow in Kilpatrick 
Serenity Gardens Cemetery in West Monroe, LA.

Dorothy was born August 10, 1929 and passed away October 3, 2013. She was a 
member of First Baptist Church of West Monroe, where she worked in the nursery 
for many years. Mrs. Bennett is preceded in death by her husband, Harrell R. 
Bennett.

Survivors include her daughter, Dianne Bennett Hay and husband, Randy of Ruston, 
LA; granddaughter, Hilary Branch and husband, Michael of Ruston, LA; great-
grandson, Cayden Branch; brother-in-law, George Brown of Houston, TX; sister-in-
law, Doris Doolittle of West Monroe, LA and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. until Service Time on Saturday at 
Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.

Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of West Monroe Nursery.
