Tom Lowe and Rev. Ronald D. Brown officiating. Burial will be in Start Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe. Mr. Bennett died Wednesday, February 4, 2004, in a boating accident. He was a member of House of Prayer International where he served as Sunday School Director, Deacon, Elder, and in many other positions. He was a softball coach, hunter, fisherman, and a lover of people and the outdoors. He worked at St. Francis Medical Center for 12 years and was currently employed by Medtronic. He is survived by his wife, Tiffany Bennett; children, Taylor Bennett and Reagan Lauren Bennett; parents, Dan and Linda Bennett; brother and sister-in- law, Mark and Tammie Bennett; sister and brother-in-law, Kristi and Kevin Eppinette, all of Start; grandmother, Ollie May of Rayville; father and mother- in-law, Riley and Vada Wilkerson of Monroe; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends. Pallbearers will be Dr. Chris Morris, Dr. David Webre, David Salsbury, Scott Peevy, Beau Roberson, Todd Hable, Matt Hardie, Michael Fusilade. Honorary pallbearers will be Joey Metz, Prentiss Norred, and Larry Romero. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Saturday, February 7, 2004, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
