RONALD BLACK

Ronald Black passed away on January 16, 2014, in Springfield, MO. He was born 
on May 1, 1936, to James and Tempie Black in West Monroe, LA. Ronald was 
married to Margie Edwards in May of 1968.

Ronald is survived by his children and grandson: Son, David L. Black; 
daughter, Pam Benton; and his grandson, Spencer Benton. Ronald was preceded in 
death by his parents; wife, Margie; and brother, Eugene Black.

Ronald attended West Monroe High School. He worked for Graphic Packaging as a 
refinery operator. Ronald enjoyed playing golf, dominoes, and watching boxing.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 17, 2014, from 5:00-7:00 PM, at 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA. Graveside services will be held on 
Saturday, January 18, 2014, at 10:00 AM at Roselawn Cemetery in Calhoun, LA, 
with Pastor Danny McLivene officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made online to 
Shriner's Hospital.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Walnut Lawn Funeral Home, Ltd., 
Springfield, Missouri.
