MARY JO GRIMSHAW BLAKE

Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home Bossier City, LA

Funeral services will be held for Mary Jo Grimshaw Blake on Wednesday, 
February 4, 2009 at 11:00 AM in the Hill Crest Memorial Chapel. The family 
will be receiving friends on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, from 5:00 PM until 
8:00 PM at Hill Crest Funeral Home. The service will be officiated by Rev. 
John Williamson from GracePointe Church of the Nazarene and assisted by Rev. 
H.L. Kendrick. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Memorial Park.

Mary Blake passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2009 at Promise Hospital in 
Bossier City, LA, at the age of 67. She was born on July 27, 1941 in 
Winnsboro, LA to Columbus and Wilma Myers Grimshaw. Mary's greatest joy and 
love in life was being with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Joyce Parker.

Mary is survived by her husband of 48 years, Benson Blake; two sisters, Betty 
Milby of Monroe, LA, Lou Howell of Bossier City, LA; two brothers, John 
Grimshaw of Bossier City, LA and James Grimshaw and wife Lois of Bossier City, 
LA. She is also survived by "her kids", Chris, Josh, Seth, Samantha, Hannah 
and Little Leah who called her "GAM", for Great Aunt Mary.

Pallbearers will be Chris Grimshaw, Josh Grimshaw, Seth Butcher, Pete Butcher, 
John Walker and Doug Efferson.
