JANE O. BLOXHAM

Funeral services for Mrs. Jane O. Bloxham, 73, will be 2pm Tuesday November 
13, 2012 at Calhoun Church of Christ with Keith Robert and J. L. Bernard 
officiating. Interment will be at Saint Andrews Cemetery Plaisance, LA under 
the direction of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe.

Mrs. Bloxham was born to the union of Lakey and Coralee Soileau Ortego on 
August 9, 1939 in Ville Platt, Louisiana and continued on her spiritual 
journey on Saturday Morning November 10, 2012 at her residence after an 
extended illness.

She was a resident of Calhoun, a faithful member of the Calhoun Church of 
Christ, a devoted wife and a wonderful homemaker. She enjoyed playing board 
and card games especially with her Ladies Groups, and avid gardener that loved 
working in her flower gardens and taking care of her lawn. Her joy was "going 
home" back to South Louisiana spending time with her family, nieces and 
nephews; she always looked forward to those trips. She will always be remembed 
by her favorite color blue and butterflies.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers Mel, Ken and Paul LaFleur.

On October 10, 1964 she married the love of her life Gerald Bloxham; surviving 
in addition to her husband is her sisters Eunice Guillory, Bell Fortier, 
Elaine Dupont, Mary Jane Dupree and husband Leel; her brothers Duffy LaFleur 
and wife Mildred, Jesse LaFleur and wife Deanna; her sister-in-law Sylvia 
LaFleur also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great 
nephews.

Friends may call for visitation on Monday November 12, 2012 after 5pm at the 
church.

There will be a visitation on Wednesday November 14, 2012 after 12 noon at La 
Ville Funeral Home Ville Platt with a funeral service to follow at 2pm.
