RUTH ELIZABETH BOGGS 

The Springs Funeral Services Colorado Springs, CO 

Ruth Elizabeth Boggs, 93, a resident of Colorado Springs, CO and a long time 
resident of Monroe, LA, died Feb. 27, 2010. Mrs. Boggs was born Aug. 4, 1916 
in Woburn, Mass. After graduating from college in Boston in 1925, Mrs. Boggs 
came to Colorado Springs and took a teaching position at the Colorado Deaf and 
Blind School. She is survived by her son, Drexell Boggs; and two daughters, 
Judith Ann Smith and Susan Leiker; 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. 
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at 2:00 at Evergreen 
Cemetery,Colorado Springs, CO. Arrangements by: The Springs Funeral Services, 
3115 E. Platte Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80909
