JOHN H. BOLTHOUSE II

Memorial Services for John H. Bolthouse II of Monroe will be held at 3:00 PM on 
Saturday, January 10, at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 3706 Bon Aire Dr., 
Monroe, with Rev. Dawnell Stodghill officiating. A reception will immediately 
follow the service. John, a retired mechanical engineer, died on December 21, 
2008 at his home.

He is survived by his wife Kay McLemore Bolthouse; son, John Bolthouse III; 
daughter, Michelle Bolthouse Ross; brother, Dwight; sisters, Barbara and Diana; 
and many friends and admirers.

John was a loving husband, caring father, devoted patriot, and kind-hearted 
spirit. John had a zest for knowledge and, in that spirit, donated his body to 
the LSU Medical School, Shreveport. After his service there is completed, 
John's ashes will be committed to the sea by Pacific Fleet of the US Navy in 
which he proudly served.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorials to the Boy Scouts of America or your 
favorite Veterans' organization.
